Welcome to Villa Atiye, your private retreat in Kalkan, Kas/Antalya – in the picturesque southwest of Turkey. Located in the tranquil Kızıltaş region, our villa offers the perfect setting for rest, relaxation, and an unforgettable vacation experience. With a total of four stylishly furnished bedrooms – all with en-suite bathrooms and balconies – the villa is ideal for large families (up to 8 people) or groups of friends who value comfort and privacy. Three of the rooms offer stunning sea views, while the fourth overlooks a lovingly landscaped botanical garden. Our dedicated on-site team will ensure that your stay is a thoroughly enjoyable one – whether you are seeking peace and quiet or want to discover the treasures of the Turkish Riviera (e.g., Patara, Saklikent, or the Turkish Sea).
